Had IPL with the contact shared by bro Hotstuff82.

Location not so convenient if you don't drive. Otherwise easy to find carpark nearby. You need to do safe entry and she will check your temperature before starting.

I opt for shaving and IPL, quite good and less pain than wax. Her place quite spacious and nice. Not opt for any JG or special because I have no mood to do that after IPL session.
Will visit again in 3-4 weeks time for clean IPL session. I will do special somewhere else.

AE one will always try to push wax+IPL which is painful and very costly. Therapist will give black face if you just opt for IPL.
