U ask LHL'son Li Hongyi from govTech. Father and son clan have been planning and calculating this from the start. When the TraceTogether user downloads low, so got temporary law to force everyone to use SafeEntry.

Now deferment got new procedueres. First need to whatsapp OC for approval before applying ns.sg

This kind of ppl go reservists 2 or 3 weeks, even 1 month to develop app as part of digital defence also can.

That is why it is all down to personal responsibility. Same as we expect every company from mnc to sme to ah gou ah mao setup, after CB over, to carry out all procedures for sanitizing as called by MOM. Even roaming robodog at amk part of GovTech, so many features face recognition. Lousy nvm, got unlimited money to buy the parts. Lazy to ascertain the facts and figures.

Small company have to consider costs as part of design. If system got problem, mgmt say not revamp but change whole system.
