I think I know where is the place alr, many money changers along the slip road. Road ended at Crystal Crown Hotel.

Yes bro. The whole slip road starts from a petrol station (shell?), then mamak shop, money changer, ... apple, pizza hut,...ru yi, sabai sabai,... other massage shops,... best place.... crystal crown, big open area selling cars.
