Thanks for the great updated report on Cebu. Haven't been back here in about 2 years and notice shit gone downhill fast here. Guess the cop crackdowns are working and business is suffering. Far cry from 2 years ago when almost anything goes in Cebu--from the bars to the SW to the FL and casas. Looks like I won't be returning to Cebu for another 2 years. It's true the place has changed somewhat, but casualties are mostly confined to the gogo bars where BF used to range from 1.5 to 2k. Now it's 3 or 4k upwards on top of many many LDs. Some don't even have BF anymore..
