Hahaha KTV Hostess category 2-5-8 became extinct in the last quarter of 2009 when Eurasia (Ou Ya) KTV opened for business.

A few months ago I believe the price will stabilise at least in the next year but that's not the case.
Each year it will only get more and more expensive because in 2014 there'll be new Hotels opening also.
