well, some of u might think that we are harping on this but look at all the consequences that will occur due to her bad time management

1. bro 1st in queue kenna potong jalan
2. bro who jumped queue got a rushed job as she will want to meet up wif earlier bro
3. bro 1st in queue will b waiting for her fuming mad and give a biased FR

so it's not only the 1st guy who got the short end, the guy who cut queue(unintentionally) also got the short end of the deal.
