The service in Ocean is considered normal. With the value of RM60, what can you expect? You can't expect their service to be the same as HCs with this price. Some of the bros here may not have enough $$ and can only afford RM60. And sometimes, try out different places can be interesting regardless of the price.
The only advantage in Ocean is that the price is cheap and most of the girls there are aged 20+ to 30+. And you may find some rare gems there. Surprisingly ,some of them are quite pretty if you manage to scan through the entire building.

Ocean Hotel (OH) is located along the shophouse (near main rd-toward City Sq, opp got a indian temple), there alot of VCD, money changer & Male hair saloon shop. It from 2nd to 5th floor, so got to lookout for the OH signage.
Visit OH almost every week (althou don every time cheong, sometime only see see), gals room are not fix but usually in the same room. Usually got new gals (1-2) every month.
Std of the gals depend on your luck (some look pretty but svc suck) - anyway, only RM 60(less than S$30 & only about 20min so don expect a lot)
Procedure:
a look thru the door gap, OK? Go in & pay gal RM60 (+ 1 FOC Condom)
b strip yourself & go to bathroom 4 the gal to wash your Didi (some poor svc ask u to wash yourself)
c go to bed, HJ & BJ (some better svc ask whether u want BBBJ)
d than FJ - usually only 1 style (not much time left too as only left with ard 10min) but some better svc allow 2 style
e Shiok ... wash yourself, get dress & leave the room.
