Even if you have no other agenda, and you indeed do have the noblest intention, your "inevitable collateral damage" defence is fallacious. Collateral damage is only justifiable if it is the inevitable consequence of achieving a much greater goal - e.g. getting rid of the key members of an evil terrorist group resulting in a few civilian casualties.
The purported aim of your course/s of action is to rid the playground of one landmine of a ML, but it may possibly result in causing harm to other MLs in the area, plus putting a further squeeze on the availability of rooms for MLs to operate in (enforcement will render these units unsafe for further use).

Thanks bro. Just to reinforce the PSA, some ML, to avoid suspicion, ask for smaller sum (a few K) and I believe, did so with many bros and then disappear quite suddenly and quickly. It’s essentially love scam and just like love scam, they will make you think you got a chance for “deeper” relationship or that you are special to them but at the end you are left with big disappointment and a hole in your pocket. Most of the MLs I met have gd acting skill and likes to tell lies. I learnt these skills from them too over the years and is difficult to fall into their KC traps.
