Food for thought my french man. The french took their recipe from the Chinese and spices from India. French bread have high trans fat due to margerine use. Trans fat has totally no health benefits. Since I want my tummy to be popping with veins and nitrogen to reach where it matters, I haven't ate their bread for years.
