Still remember the days when I was working in the Changi.

Back then, was flinging around and had access to restricted sites around the area. Could remember that one time, I brought a girl to one of the room that was vacated, facing the aeroplane. Just pushed her against the glass window and slowly undress her.

Not exactly public area but it can be considered so.

In 1995, when SAFTI MI was opened, it was opened to the public.
All access to the entire place except the accommodation levels.
That means any member of the public can be at the ground level of the accommodation but not allowed to go beyond level 1.

I was there as a Cadet.
There was an incident that rocked SAFTI MI but kept under-warps.
Anyone who served as a Cadet or any other specialist there would know this.

The accommodation has male and female trainees housed together but at different levels.

This happened at the Navy Wing.
A male Navy Cadet went to the female level.
Spent the night. As he came down to his level, the prowling duty personnel not from the Navy Wing spotted him.

Reported. Both of them were charged with Restricted Privileges (RP)
They had to report to the guard room hourly during training hours every day in their uniform with fullpacks on.
They marched together to the guardroom.

Every Cadet there saw it and we just couldnt believe it.
We admired the balls the guy has but the marching shit is seriously draconian and middle-ages shit.
That incident showed us just how backward SAF policy and the punishment was.

Shortly after during my guard duty i happened to pair up with someone from the Navy and i asked about them.

The girl resigned and left the Navy while the guy stayed on.
