Thanks to bro chub07 who provided the address. It is certainly not difficult to find as Changi V is not a very big place. I have been to that place a few times already. Tried a few of the masseurs. So now can write a proper FR. I will split the FR to 2 parts - general and specific masseur.

General

The masseurs are all aunties. Like other brothers have written before, if you are looking for SYT, here is definitely NOT the place.

The massage is proper. No hanky panky. All the masseurs know how to massage, but because I have received proper tui na (and acupuncture) from a Chinese sinsei before, I can only say the massage here is good but not super good.

The jua gen (the masseur will say tui gen) part is done properly just like your massage. There is nothing sexual or flirtatious. First experience was that some veins at the groin region had never been press by anyone before, so it felt a bit strange when they were press for the very first time. I don't know if it is SOP now to let you release your load there and then. Anyway, if you don't want to discharge your ammo, let the masseur know.

The result was significantly noticeable especially after the first massage. I tried to pcc the next day in the bathroom, the load was a lot and the thick creamy kind. So I can say the pipe was definitely cleared and serviced.
