There is many reason when a ML dont reply you or accept you. The most common reason is number is not in their database.

Other reason might be, your number have bad record.
They are not working on the day you text them.
They already have enough regular, dont bother taking in new customers.

So dont bother with ML who don reply you, just move on, there is plenty more ML for you to choose.

Yes, the more he calls, the more she won't accept. It's a vicious circle. Keep doing it and you'll degenerate from being 'no record' to 'bad record'.

Sometimes, maybe a good idea to ask ML to update your recent visit (2022) in the database or other database.
