i just have a short question:

It is possible to get cash (Yuan / RMB) on a ATM at the HKIA (Hong Kong airport)? On which place?

Or is there a counter where I could get cash (RMB) from the credit card (with passport)?

What about our local bank ATM card with the CIRRUS sign at the back?

Can we withdraw use them to withdraw YUAN in Macao or Zhuhai?

yes ... u can withdraw rmb in ZH atm but i'm not sure if u can withdraw rmb in macau atm ...

try to use POSB($5 transaction charge) and avoid using OCBC($20 transaction charge) and oso bank rate is lower than local rate... using cash to change can get better rate but find some1 u noe to help u juz incase dey gif u fake note.

if i did not rem wrongly i withdraw at macau airport b4 and its HK dollar.

I opened a bank account with 交通银行 in Beijing using my passport and is given a ATM card. The ATM card can be used on any ATM with Union Pay logo. I also subscribed to internet banking, so that i can check my statement and do bank transfer over internet. Then just before I go to China, I'll go to people's park complex 2nd floor to transfer the funds over to that account as it is cheaper than doing TT. That's how I manage to cut down on banking charges.

Can only withdraw the country currency from the country's atm, therefore cannot withdraw rmb from Macau atm. Withdraw rmb in ZH or any parts of PRC only.

If i'm not wrong it's very difficult to change money in Zhuhai..the only money changer i know is at the counter of "昌安好世界" hotel....As for ATM...most ATM m/c in Zhuhai accept Cirrus ATM card...
