For anyone who may be interested... Phoenix massage at Xie Tu Lu is still open. I actually just went to scout the place out and realized they have 2 shops within short distance of each other.

Did not go in myself but business looked on the slower side as there were 2 gals loitering outside.

Went looking for the place but changed my mind as the idea of a HJ alone made me worry it wouldn't be enough for me! I went home instead thinking to save my RMB for another rainy day. And I can give myself a free HJ tonight

What Bro TLC said is right, only for foreigners during Olympics periods. Since this is via bank, so at the bank rate, sorry, don't know the exact value. Max amt is US$50K equivalent.
