Why u forget to mention Arsenal? They are just 1 point behind Pool u know? Some more Pool will meet them in Carling n FA Cup soon!

every POOL fans hoped for tat..even i was dreaming of tat...

but as they say it's a moutain to climb...but remember how MU cut newcastle 12 pts lead during this pt of time ... exactly 10 years back...

Yeah bro mahlosux, i remember at that time MU were dominating the EPL & Liverpool was only 5th or 4th placing in the EPL. But as time goes by Liverpool was improving all the time

along the way sometime we get 3rd sometime 2nd placing on EPL not forgetting with houllier we won the uefa cup & last but not least we defeat all pundits & come back from defeat to beating milan in the penalty shootout!

So imho chelski is not NC so it's qte impossible they will drop anymore further points. So 3rd placing will be good enuff! But to dream or hope Liverpool can go into 2nd spot also not a bad idea....kekekekekeke!

yeah man...i remeber tat season whereby POOL get 2nd..we r above MU on the table..if i m not wrong..it is 01/02 seasons....

Throughout the past years POOL have finish above the likes of Arsenal, MU and Chelski (all prevous champions) in the final standings... but too bad there is not a single season whereby POOL can finished above this 3 teams in one season...

Pool has become a force to reckon in Europe.....1 CL and 1 UEFA title in the past 6 years..and a couple of FA and League Cup thrown in...but wat matters most is a strong squad tat perform exceptionally well and keep winning for 38 league matches in 1 single season...this is wat every POOL fans hoped for ....

but 1 thing i noticed about Newcastle game..stop Ronaldo at all cost....Rooney and Saha will not b able to score..tat is the Toon Army's game plan..mayb other premiership club should do tat....

just read soccernet...chelski is to welcome Cech and Robben (he got Reina red-carded in the corresponding fixture last season at Standford Bridge) during their visit to Anfield.....

they r the last team to win at Anfield....on one hand..i hope they challenge MU for the title..but on the other hand..i dun wan them to get something from Anfield....

Liverpool will only get better in the 2nd half of the contest as seen in last season EPL. Not forgetting that Manure (03 Mar), Chelsi (20 Jan) & Arshole (31 Mar) will be visiting Anfield, let's hope they will lose points & Pool may catch up even winning the EPL title. We shall wait for the miracle to happen again just like at Istanbul, Turkey.
