Yes, you can reserve a girl, just pay her barfine and tell her you'll be back for her later. You should tell her, what time you'll be back and pick her up. If she is number one or two girl and if she is very popular, you can't reserve her for later, she might run. Or if the gogo is super busy and girls are being barfine left and right, it will be harder to reserve the girl.

No restrictions. I've brought gals to aggs (1 just last week).. You just need to be concerned on your OC's comfort level (she's probably odd 1 out). Tolerance in LOS is pretty good, so nobody's noticing. And maybe she and her friend can excuse themselves (like night market etc), so you can better check goodies, even a quickie nearby
