Have not been to JC pubs since the IMF period. But was there to have dinner and coffee very often. Yesterday.... discovered a sudden change. Many good new stocks seems to arrive. See already also buay tahan... wanna go in the pubs to have drink and raba raba, but ever since Cherry is closed, non of the pubs never appeal to me now. (have always been to paramount these dayz)

One thing i discovered only yesterday. Even sitting outside to have dinner and coffe, the viet gals also approach me and my friend..asking "ni hao"..
We are aksing ourself...Whao piang..like that also can.. business are so bad for them that at coffee shop also can. So we ask her so sit down and buy her a coconut juice. Talk and exchange phone number... the rest is up to my friend to continue...

New plans: rather than raba inside the pubs, we will try to sian the gals from outside.

nowadays also can see most of the gals like to sit outside chit chat n eat.must go there one time sit outside dont sit inside the pub n do some observing.

I went Joo Chiat first time - as mentioned, can talk with girls in food court but did not follow up because
a) in daylight they look like monsters
b) meeting friend later.
Maybe the pretty girls eat later.

Went Jazzy51 - can save a lot of beer money there since so dark the girls already look pretty! Luckily friend arrive to rescue me from life of sin when I still on first jug...

Any JC masters here can enlighten whether any pubs got filipinos/pinays? Read somewhere a few in the south-end are serviced by pinays instead of viets. Can confirm??

there are indeed pubs that are serviced by pinoys in JC. they are however located at the Katong end of JC and not near the usual end of pubs where Viet girls rule.

but if u ask me, might as well go paramount then... so nearby
