I would like to think it means:
Does old man f*ck very deep? (maybe 'very strong')

But i guess it could mean:
Does old man harass wife a lot?

hiep = harass, bully, f*ck, rape
vo= wife, in, inside

i don't know what the conversation is about but i would follow with:

but hiep could be referring to a contract or arrangement.

Most likely is this one, cause it has quá in the sentence

If using hiếp = rape, there should not be quá = over/too much there. Unless using quá nhiều ~ too many times.

Think this is similar to English, can't say: The old guy raped the wife too much, should be too many times, am I right?

simple qus can now ... jack gor gor bring me along to go talk talk ... and forum brothers sometimes help me to crack the code ... esp KT gor gor ~
