Not an expert on Balai but maybe can share some pointers with you.
1. What exactly you looking to do in Balai? Bonking of course a must so there are villas to choose the ceweks for overnight and the prices do varies for different ages,700k-1.4 million juta equivalent to around $70-140 sing. Your driver would have got his Comm from your booking so don’t be shy to ask him for answers or any questions u may have.
2.Another way to get ceweks is through WeChat but quality may not be very good. They offer short time or overnight but I have never had tried their overnight before so can’t offer any opinions.
3. Can also go to the massage shop or choose the massage cewek and ask her go your room for massage and other activities.
4. Nightlife nothing much unless you into ktv drinking.
5. Seafood also nothing to crow about.
Basically these are the activities in Balai unless there are other more experienced bros who can let you know more information. Hope it will be a it helpful in your trip.

Unless like those classical drama where family of daughters or young wives owning huge debts and their debtors literally get people to pull n force them into prostitution. I really can't think of any scenario for being force into prostitution due to poverty.
Many gals from 3rd world claimed so and many ppl think so too.
However i guess its less than 0.1% of those really poverty stricken gals became pros. If not the world would be full of pros fr 3rd world.
So how are those 99.9% managed to survived?
And what if those family without a female child to become pros to help the family finance? Those family still survive right? What father sick mother sick are all excuses. I believed if their parents are upright, they would prepared to die then they child becaming pros to support their medical bill.
Rather then saying they are force to, I would think they are tired of being poor and hv chosen an easy way out by betraying their body instead of living in an ethical way, having their heads lifting up high.
Whenever I bonk a pros, my mind thinking it's a fair deal, no pity no guilt.

Maybe i should say due to existing circumstances, they do not have any other choices except prostitution. During downfall of late suharto many companies shut down business for good. Many were retrenched. Riots. Protest. Some have family children to feed. But no jobs/money. Some were duped into pros unknowingly. Cant furnish u the stats though.
