Lady V: Who else was in the car ? There is a woman’s perfume scent in the car.
Oh no . I forgot to check on this. Woman are very sensitive to all this. I was careless not to “inspect’ the car . Me: I went back home to rest. I bum into my neighbor and she wanted a lift so I just drop her off before heading back here. Lady V: Did you consume alcohol ? I smell something from your breadth. Me: Yes I had a glass of stout. Lady V: You get this straight ! This car is two person only . Is for me to seat at the back seat and for you to drive. NO ONE ELSE. You get it. If you are caught by me again, I will have you replaced. Understood! Me: Yes Madam , Sorry, it will not happen again. Lady V: Good, MBS lets go I need to unwind. It was a long day of meeting for me She requested to be stop at the CASINO side. Lady V: Parked the car and come back here. I hurry and sped down the slope to the basement carpark. Knowing is hard to find a lot in MBS during peak hours. I enter the barrier when a black S class in front sounded his horn. Charles.. the driver shouted. Oh is a fellow LIMO driver I ever worked together before. “take my lot I am going off” I gave him the thumbs up to thank him for his kind gesture. Hah…this maybe my luck day after all. I double my footsteps to fasten my pace. Lets go… Lady V spoke. I just follow he behind her. We reached the entrance of the casino. “Come we are going in” she said. Me: I dont gamble so i just wait for you here. Lady V: Don’t be such a SQUARE ! She produce her passport and a document . Security officer: Sir I need to double check with this document. Can I see you NRIC for verification. Me: Sure… What the hell … she had my personal particaulars and she already paid the levy fee in advance ! Security officer: Alright Sir and Madam. Thank you. You may enter.

She went straight to the blackjacks tables . and started to try her luck. On her first virgin hand she got two aces. Bingo Blackjack straight. She pulled my hand and say
Lady V: You are my lucky boy ! Oh no … I say to myself. Looks like is going to be a long night for me. Since I am not playing I just stand beside her. I never like to gamble anymore, I was a gambler once and it nearly destroy me . My ex girlfriend walk of me after she got fed up clearing my debts. She left me for a Pilot who is willing to take good care of her. The last I heard of her she became a Air stewardess, later become a tai tai after she got married to that Pilot. Two hours have passed by. My stomach began to growl. Lady V turn around and look at me. I did not say anything. Lady V: Lets go I am getting hungry too….Go get the car ready.. As she round up her winnings. Me: Yes Madam. Pull the car over and she hop in straight. Lady V: I want to eat seafood, please bring me to one. Me: Can I make a phone call first to confirm a seating, Madam Lady V: Go ahead. Me: hello Choo S Punngol seafood restaurant… this is Charles. Is MR xxx or Ms yyy working today. Other line: Yes Mr xxx is working. Me : pls inform Mr xxx I bring a VIP guest over in 30mins time . Tell him is Mr Charles making the reservation . He will know what to do. On the other line: Sure, see you soon. Me: Bye Me: Madam , place is confirm. Can we make our way there? Lady V: Go ahead. By the way this is for you….she placed it gently on the centre arm rest. It was a MBS sealed envelope with my name CHARLES written on it. I didn’t give much thg to it as I was driving.
