I guess many bros here have numerious ideas and concepts so dont confused yeslf and stay focus on your original objectives...list down a do list and follow the list according to their importance...namely-Funding at this moment...i guess...until u have raise the basic funds require...all others are just dreams...to all the bros out there i guess all of us would like to have looks/body/good massage all in 1 but lets get releastic....unless u all custom made...if not there's veri slim chance dat will happen...so for all bros would like to help Zack...kindly recomend the $$$investor...then when all this is done...then i think bro Zack will then move to phase 2 of finalising the product positioning....jus my 2 cents

yes, STAY FOCUS. veri IMPORTANT.

funding by investors should be the last thing to look at. u should get the management team right first, then move on to the core competencies of ur business. get ur infrastructure in place, backup for the business work on the funding projection and rewards for the investors... etc, as i mention earlier, then lastly look for the investors that have the same vision to invest.

The proposal is GOOD but you have to have investors all share similar burden whether win or loss...this human problem cannot settle one..try asking any brother to buy share at X price, problem come everybody siam..sure one..

I think the problems should be Capital,follow by how to get chios and service oriented gers,then a gd location.Nowsday no easy to get ppl to pump in 50k and above,morever it is a venture wif some ppl u know from net..........And if ur ideal capital is 300k,u need more ppl to invest...........Anyway,if u can get chiobus and a gd location,i got ard 100k to invest.let me know when u are ready.

Capital and investor is not easy but not the first and foremost consideration. Venture capitalists are people who can smell a good deal. If you can't even present a credible proposal, there's nothing else to say. So my stand remains that the GREATEST amount of effort should be spent formulating a WORKABLE business proposal and putting together an attractive management team. Nothing else matters more than these.

I agree with kumlan..... it's the human factor... money is not the issue here. The proposal is opening a HC.... not a spa so it's the girls that make the business.. nobody is going to come and screw with the couch or the massage bed. It's the girl that matters.

Your first to your last customer is going to ask for good massage, Big tits, Good service, young, pretty and CHEAP. If a dump like BHC can make it, trust me... no need to spend money.

Money not the issue for HC, only girls. If you are opening a Spa, then you need money.

if you cannot get a competent and professional management and service orientated team to run it, it will still be ONLY a PROPOSAL.

Try opening a restaurant and the main customers are the shareholders dining on credit only.Think about it and relate to a Health Centre or spa
When you are blinded by the oohs and aahs of other existing HCs and spas
you tend to forget that very same people had the start up headaches for the first few years. What if all the chio Bus and Ang Pais all are lured together in your HC, then your HC will be called a Brothel .When the place is HOT and gossip goes around, the Mata alarm will ring.

What if theres a AV Raid and the Licence is suspended.
What if your proposed capital is stretched further,will the investor top up..
What if there is a disease epidemic,will the customers come

Bro. Kumlan you are absolutely right. You have hit the nail on the spot. I've done some leg works and spoken to a couple of ex-hc operators. The business is more complex than I 1st thought. One of the biggest issue is that the main attraction of the business is the gals and with this the illegal side line involved. If you are caught with your pants down, your operating license could be suspended and you can kiss good-bye to your investment. This is a big risk in this business and one must think through this carefully esp. for a new operator. Whilst we can plan and think about the returns, the fun, and the challenges , the reality is that hc is a very risky business.
I've actually done a re-write of the business concept and a proposed management teams incorperating some of the ideas and defining them after reading thru' the contributions from like-minded bros. here. This is quite interesting esp. to current hc/spa operators. I'm not sure if I should post this here for open deliberation for obvious reason. Let me think about this.
