I was at Jalan Sultan Plaza today and a quick update on the situation. Was walking past the HC on the second floor (The shop directly in front of escalator). Was approached by a PRC asking for massage. At first was asking for $30 for an hour massage, price when down to $25 but was turn down. The place is dimly lit and there is only 2 staff inside exclusive the receptionist. The disappointment is that both the lady is quite old.
