Actually if you are the submissive type and want the gal to be dominant, it can be quite easily done. I tried with a few gals before. Generally, gals in Singapore (MIS or elsewhere) want to be in win-win situations. Just convince them that they are in such situations and give them the power and dun force them. But trial and error and test and guide them gently during the time you are with her, soon she will enjoy and come up with more creative bdsm ideas than you can ever imagine. But they must be open minded though. That is just a little of my experience.

You can try but er.....unlikely to get a license to operate the business openly. Generally, under the law and PELU, you may have problems with certain compliance with the rules and regulations. Under the culture and environment of this little nation, the authorities may not approve cos people generally are still not receptive to BDSM. The authorities when making decisions, will not just consider the legal aspects but also the social aspects.
