You are damn right. Why purchase a 99 yrs lease hm fm HDB when we only a lessee and HDB is the landlord? They still got the cheek to say we are the owner and make us pay unnecessary property tax! DAMN RIGHT.
We are the only country that "RENTS" from the gov. Effectively, it gets renew every generation or so. It is very clever, renewable income and indirect taxation to fund the country effectively forever.

And then some smart alec, decided, its not enough, have to introduce CPF to "pay for it". And another came along, still not enough, "ok now you cant take it out till 65".. and another came along.. "you cant take out till..."

We are all under the employment of PAP Government. Even you are a business owner, you still need to pay for alot of stuffs like levies & licences.

Try to maximise the CPF.

Recently I am enquiring to use CPF to pay for my mortgage loan. Needs to get a lawyer to apply and cost $1600. My goodness. Funny why we need lawyer to apply to CPF to use our money? Wait....thats Ah Gong's money now. Not ours no more...
