was monitoring the bbq stall on tian er hu road . seem bussiness not as good as the past liao. so i reckon gals are moving out of tian er hu area.

Realised there were more dicks than mms after my 1st night encounter to fuhao ktv, I made up my mind to call an old flame from oy. I end up spending with her the rest of the 4 days, visiting parks in CP and sightseeing in neighbouring towns such as dalang, mapu and zmt

Did crazy things playing those rides in their amusement parks lol luckily my heart's still strong

actually IMHO ... YH success story is they were there at the right time ...
OY was the only top end ktv before YH came into the play .. and YH position themselves as another direct OY competitor with lower spending cost but top end entertainment joint thus they were able to pull in the crowd and gals ... but greed have overwhelm their success and they started to increase the ktv charges ridiculously ... if the new ktv can position themselves differently from OY and YH .. they will be the next top ktv in town ...

really dun think the ktvs operators care too much abt how to pull in the crowds .. their mentality is to get as much nice gals in as possible.. when theres mms, there will be customers ...

A friend dragged me up to the Swan Lake Hotel Sauna over my protestations that there are only Pork chops there (my impression from past - admittedly quite a long time ago -unsuccessful visits).
Guess what - not only has the whole place now been refurbished/really nice, the quality of the gals is GREAT!!

Surprised, totally surprised - categories are 550, 750 and 850 and good looking gals in all categories. Standard sauna services, but I felt it was delivered just that bit more professionally and with not much cutting corners.

Well trained staff - so for those of you wanting an alternative to the old favorites Virgin and Meibao (now really a LOT of pork chops!!), you could try SWL before standards slip (as is the usual case with CP places when business gets too good - sigh...!)

Many KTVs in Kuala Lumpur can be more expensive than Singapore KTVs.

Yi Hao KTV 14/12/10
Hui Mei Tian Lun 28/03/13

Eurasia (Ou Ya) KTV {Singtel} has a good run for 1 year and 3 months without direct competition until Yi Hao KTV opens.

Yi Hao KTV {M1} has a good run for 2 years and 3 months without direct competition until Hui Mei Tian Lun KTV opens.
Yi Hao KTV is the most popular during this period is not because they're special.
Just that timing and luck is on Yi Hao's side.

Now that Hui Mei Tian Lun KTV {Starhub} is opening.
Yi Hao KTV will not be so lansi as before.

The opening of more 5 Star Hotels is not only good for consumers but for the economy of Changping as well.
Creation of more jobs in the Hospitality industry.
Customers will not be "forced" to spend ridiculous min spending in KTVs.
Downside is hostess prices will increase but if you average out the lower min spending there's still value.

If there's only 1 posh hotel in a town then naturally it'll be a monopoly business.
A good example is Royal Garden (Di Hao) Hotel at Dalang since its opening.
Can afford to be lansi as they set their own high end price.

Yes the streets in Changping now is definitely crowded.

Hotel room bookings are insane this Mar/Apr period!

Yes i agree! But i mean generally. Because i was calculating with my friends on the prices between Spore and CP. Yes CP is getting expensive but in Spore if i want to get the same amount of fun i might need to pay $1200 sgd verus CP $500 sgd. So that is why we are still ok to go CP. I am really not sure for Msia.

Yeah but you've forgotten the costs of the air and other transport fares (which can be quite expensive to CP all added in), the hotel room, outside meals and of course time away from working and earning money!

Not too sure if those economical KTVs still around in spore? If yes, prices if go cheong in group quite okay. Last time often frequent places like Katong, MG, TH etc... per pax for drinks if light only 50 to 100, heavy about 200. then hotel there is always hotel 81 LOL

the boss of HWTL is well known how to play the game, and being one of the most grand hotel in cp (and maybe the most grand), things can't be cheap.

the question is how to price it so that it is value for money, will see... :

Taikor...has to be updated coz pocket is not deep enough. Anyway, HMTL has their own direction and strategy to do business. Th money is ours, if u feel good at the charges , go! If not, go other ktv lor. No one put a knife at our Neck mah. Just like YH increased their mm rate has no impact on me coz I can't be bothered with them. well i have been to Singapore & JB KTVs & only CP KTVs
are the only ones that is able to let me have ladies who
are willing to follow me back on the 1st meeting
