Yester went to recce PC, can say it's as good as dead.
L2 n L3, think can say ard 70% of the shops had vacated.
The vege restnt at L3 had sadly called it a day n closed it's biz for good.
The L1 food court had vacated.
Surprisingly some MPs on L2 n 3 are still operating.
Maybe rent is cheap? Maybe AVs also did not bother checking on this hopeless place? As you walked around, you can smell the musky, stale odour of a place which lacked maintenance.
Even the escalators have been stopped.
Now the whole building will be vacated soon, it doesn't make much sense for the management to cough out more funds to maintain it.
If you need budget thrills there's a good chance you might find a bargain.
The human traffic is dropping, the ladies need yr business.
But guys, pls take care of yr hygiene when you are there. Do check out if the toilet taps are still working, jus in case u need a wash after wanking off that sticky pile!

This was the place I grew up with, and also one of the first few places i got close with when I first started goin for massage.
So juz paid a visit b4 its closed for good lor.

If you know the history of this place and politics, u will understand why there is kopitiam in the corridor n no toilets in LVL 1, basement shops n ultimately the government taking over this place.

Ya bro Owen, me have same feeling for PC. Me working as construction worker for this
building during mid 70s which my friend father was the main contractor. Each time I
chiong there I recall those days. I will find time to chiong at PC before its gone to history.
