I dont think they update the rates on the website and like I said it was off season when I was there. Suggest to call them up, Unless they are fully booked they should come down from the advertised rates.

There are many site that have better rates. Phuket.com or saweedee.com
You can list hundred of the hotel.

Phuket has nice sunny days especially in november and december. this is their high season. hindreds of thousand os scandinavians flock to phuket to escape their cold weather. but of course, there can be freak storms...like the weather, it is always unpredictable. but unlikely you will run into any lousy days at a stretch. i am most of the time there....just give me a pm if you need some advice, i can;t say it is the best place in thailand. at this time of the year, always my favourit is to dive up borht....from phuket, to bangkok, then khon kaen, loei, udon thani, nong khai (my favourist) and cross over the friendship bridge to Vientianne. fabulous!!!! up in the norht, you can see vineyards and how they make wine, spectacutar mountain views and a varied list of attractions. suits all. i got nothing to do...just want want to drive around....pm me. car rental is so damn chepa....1200 bah for a day, unlimited mileage.....then whent ired, just pop into a small hotel, sometime, for 250 habt, you even get an aircon room....for the adventurous....! ia m old but young at heart, still can do leh.....

Hmmm just have a question that pop out ... how much will it cost to travel from airport to Patong beach ? Cause i will be booking hotel near Patong beach area.

Will the meter-cab travel so far ?

Meter cab should nt be more than S$650B.... walk out of airport, turn right you will see the meter counter
