I also heard such stories before many many times. I also seen the "special" paper given to the gals

AV or police do strange things.
yesterday suppose to go bonking with my new found kissing fish from p********** at 6pm.
after i reach, i sms, i get no reply, call her no answer. i thought she go with others liao so i go wwbcm till vagrant activate for jazzy.

12+am the kissing called me say 5+pm she hungry go makan at GL and was caught by police. she say she wear sexily. now she has an open date to go back vietnam. every month to report to police station.

i am yet to verify.

Ok.. in order to give quality advice or experience, you need to be more detailed..

1) You said you appealed for her TWICE, but never write in? then via which avenue you appealed and on what grounds?

For my case, I was angry because my wife was rejected at the customs.. So I went down to ICA and spoke to the officer, in one of the interview rooms.. I was advised to write in a formal letter/forms provided by the ICA to be a guarantor and it will take ard 1 month or so as they need to validate whatever I have said..

However, after a month, my appeal was rejected and after gg down, they advised me to send in another letter which I waited for another month or so and the result was the same.. So in the end, everything is fruitless

The only way for my wife is to come in and by providing the date of ROM and all my personal particulars to the ICA. The gist of my answer is you cannot do anything except to wait and wait and wait.. spend numerous hours at the ICA, waiting to speak to an officer for 10 mins and all they ask you to do is to write in.. and then you wait again..

i also send in form, wait, reject, appeal, wait, reject.
i damn tu lan so i take the gamble after her ban is over.
fly over and bring my girlfriend back. just be TRUTHFUL when filling in the DE card.

As some of you will know, my girl was also arrested alone in GL in broad afternoon looking for something to eat. I wasn't aware until 1 of her sister told me. She went for 'interview' every Monday of the week at Gong an. Every time the officers male / female from all races came and try and force her to admit that she is working, they even force her to give her hp to them to check. At time they even try and used strong arm tactic. By the time I found out it was at least three weeks already. What I did was to asked my lxxxer to settle for me. In the end she was released without charge etc.

I believe, as long as she is not carrying any things in her handbag that shows that she is working (e.g. lady drink recepit, CD) and all the 'loving' msg from customers deleted from her h/phone then she stand a chance to fight back so long as she does not panic.

I know it is common sense not to have these stuffs in a ladies hand bag but I do know 1 crazy girl kept all her ladies drink receipt in her hand bag when she was caught. Like these how to tell the officers that you not working?

If his GF did not do anything wrong, how can they ban her from coming to Singapore?

My Tigress never have such problem before.

the police dare not touch.

fyi, ica office can also ban one from coming in upon suspicion.
past few month got 1 vb (one who has a history of poking guy with a knife in vn) lost her passport, she go embassy, ica to do all necessary paperwork so that she can go back. when everything is done, ica ban her 1 year.

That is because that VB got criminal record in Vietnam. Even Singaporean with Criminal record can be banned from entering other country.

I am not a fan of our ICA, but I feel that they can only ban somebody from entering Singapore with a valid reason..

Under-covers were always planted before any raid. I do have friends who bring along their Vietnamese GF to pubs that were raided, and with the acknowledgement of my friends, all the Vietnamese GFs never up the lorry during the raid...

So those VBs who was arrested in Broad Day light might have been tracked before they were arrested. There are also VBs with "special papers" who will report to the police stations might have tipped off the wrong doings...
