Actually what she's doing might not be classified as discrimination. Old Uncle me remember last time some clubs in Singapore have age limit for men (=>28yrs to enter but girls just above 18)
Don't know if she knows it, but when she places age limit and bio from far, she is also actually selling exclusivity - like country club membership - more expensive/harder to get, more people wants.
