Hello to bro datou, ziebart, the lord and etsys. And to all fellow Sammy bros.

I need some advice here. If I want to book a flight to Clark from 29dec to 5 jan 2013. Will the prices drop since its more than 8 months ahead?
Cebu cost about 300 for flights during that time. Tiger is worse. 600.

Should I hold off buying? I'm thinking of buying by June.
And it's 3 person flying. So if 3 person is about 1k which is quite high.

Any advice from experienced bros here?
Finally I can find time to enjoy in Angeles.

P/s: it really disheartening to see our two bros fighting. The last time I remember is all of us happily chatting in a pub downtown. My take on this matter is that you don have to wait for promo price for your travel dates.

Cebu Pac and Tiger have black out dates that they know are super high demand. No need to discount price. Sure full load.

Blackout Dates:

January 1-5
March 13, 20, 25, 27
Holy Week (5 days before and 5 days after)
April 27-May 3
October 25-31
November 1-4, 23, 26-28
December 20-26, 31

My advise is either you change your dates which I don think you will do OR book regular airline tickets which are much cheaper with better options.

(As you can see from bro datou dates, his dates don include the Xmas n New Year period). Same for me. No dates yet.

Air Asia does not practice black out for that period and you may consider flying from KL. I did that twice already.

I will still be around to help out but will spread my wings further.

Holy Week, Easter n Xmas prices can skyrocket to 600 easily coz most of the OFWs, BGs n FTs r travelling home at this time..

In fact even in May (holiday season n families r travelling) prices reach 600.

When compared with 600.... 300 looks good...

But wen we know tickets r available at just around 100 as well... We hope for a better deal.

For Dec Jan period 300 is a good price. Seriously...

dun wait for promo prices.

If u think d price is ok... Just bite...

There was one occassion wen i keep hoping tht prices would fall.... But they held steady n rose... N dis happened quite recently...
