Payment by Citibank always give me the best exchange rate overseas. Amex is one of the worse. Standard Chartered card is also the worse around according to my friend. Go with Citibank, no worry about bad exchange rate.
Thanks for input. Yes, i agree that Citibank is most favorable for overseas withdrawal from their ATM. Compared to other banks here, I was drawn to this issue cos I was hoping to get a better exchange rate compared to actual money change in AC.

For SGD I think the money changer gives a favorable rate cause there is competition n much activity.
My case for Chinese Yuan that I got more favorable from atm withdrawal is i believe there is not much activity.
I cash changed 6.55 to 1 Yuan while citibank atm withdrawal gives 6.7
I had since stopped cash exchange But nearing end of my last AC trip Zeny quoted me 6.7 but I have no Yuan on hand.
The exchange rate chart they have are all bullshit to show that they make little profit from u.
My boracay flight from Kalibo to MNL leg also got rescheduled but only 30min later. Not too bad for me.
Worse is they change all Macau--Clark flights from 2130 to 0430 hrs.
Not only put up w the odd hrs, transportation, Worse is u hv to cross the Zhuhai border before the immigration closed at midnite 0000hrs.
Waht u gonna to do w 3 free hrs w luggage? Macau Sauna costs SGD $200 is out of my budget.
The only consolation i hv is the hotel in AC don't charge me for early check in at 7am.

I already booked flights for the whole of this year, some GZ--Manila, Xiamen--Manila but still got i think 2 is thru Macau. Think maybe Cebupac got ticket offers i'll maybe throw the macau ticket away.
Hongkong morning flights got to stay overnight in Hongkong that's why I prefer Macau at 2130hrs. Who knows they change to 0430.

I am not a regular poster, but a frequent passer-by. I seldom post as I do not have the experience of many of the seniors (in this thread, i mean!) nor have much to contribute as I am mostly too drunk to even remember my name by the end of the nite!
My point is that there are many different ways of cheonging, there is no right, no wrong way. Different styles for different people. Same goes to posts...this is a free forum after all. I have met Bro Z once before, nice guy. I have not gotten the opportunity to meet Bro The Lord yet, but i am sure he is just as nice. You guys plus a few others, notably datou, are what makes this thread, contributing much needed information on the scene in Angeles.
