Most importantly gals comparable (or even better) than peace centre joints - definitely more playable but tips also lil higher. (was told that for booking $150during Happy Hour and $250 for "Sad" Hour - whereas for peace centre joints $100 only for Happy Hour!)

Friendly PRC.. yes.. of course.. but seriously i can't remember their names... too many different ones... of the mind i only remembered the most recent PRC I tried was call Shiyi(eleven), any of those before I can't remember... i have not chiong there so much until I get a regular girl yet... and i change new girl each time i go there... because there are quite many choices there...

BUT... I agree with you totally. I've been cheonging for 4 years in KTV scene now... not long to many but enough to see this sort of shit happening. I have personally taken care of some really good MMS where customers leave without a courtesy tip to her.

In this scene it is purely transactional ... and there are too many cheap fucks out there who get scott-free (for now) on what you have described. And frankly, the KTV scene can be a fairly expensive form of entertainment depending on frequency and location - at the end of the day, be prepared to be fair, cos like what the bro said, these girls are here after all for a livelihood.

THere was a case when the fucker IC and address were almost revealed. But he STOLE FROM THE FL, and extorted from her. In the end, he return the money and the FK decided to let matters rest.
