'Come, let's start with the incline dumbbell press.' I put my arms around her waist and guided her to the bench. I purposely touched her to make sure that she was also on me. She didn't resist and giggled at my touch.

As she was doing the dumbbell press, I purposely stood over her head and touched her last everytime she pressed.

At one point, I touched above her breasts to demonstrate the mind to muscle connections. She giggled.

'Wah... You are a serious trainer hor...' she flirted.

'Of course... Nothing excites me more when I see a pump up chest!' I flirted back.

'You know what...' she asked curiously, 'I have a resistance band at home.. I am not sure how to use. Do you know?'

'Of course! You can bring it down next time' I replied mindlessly.. wondering how I could advance our flirtatious session.

'mmmmm.. how about after this. There is no one at home...' she took her chance.. 'unless you are not available...'

'I am.' I also took my chances. 'I am working from home and so I have so 'me time'' I replied. Both of us avoided the topics of where our other halves are except that we reaffirmed that we were both available.

I am sure both our hearts were pounding as we left the gym and walked towards her apartment. My mind was racing as to how we or I can explain if any of our neighbours saw us together. Truth be told.. I suspect not many people cared.

Sensing the opening.. I offered to show her a few simple ones. First exercise was dumbbell press. I got her to lay on the bench and brought the dumbbells to her. In that exchange, our forearms touched. Usually, for people we don't know, we will respect each other personal space but at that moment I think we both intentional encroach into each other space to test out the reaction. There was certainly a nice chemistry between us. I felt a hardon as she lay there on the bench as I handed the dumbbells to her.

I took the moment to adjust her elbows to make sure that her technique was correct and then I stood over her head as she slowly did her presses.

For the lats pulldown, sensing no resistance or shyness from her... I politely asked, 'Hey, I am going to touch your lats to show you what is mind to muscle connection as you do the exercise ok?'

'Yeah..' she replied, 'Is this going to give me a nice shoulder for my dresses?'

'Well.... Me touching you? No.. but if you do this exercise 2 times a week, 3 sets with 12 reps.. you will!' I replied cheekily.

'Oh.. so I guess you have to train me more often then!' she giggled.

'Sure!' I couldn't contain myself.

And that was the start....

Over the next few weeks, I would on and off meet her at the gym. Mostly she was alone. As there were usually other neighbours in the gym, we just did some simple greetings. I would catch up with her on her exercises. And sometimes she would show me what she did. And on the pretext of showing her... I would touch her muscles to demonstrate 'mind to muscle' connection.

This scene reminds for someone i know. Also condo... So sexciting!
