yes we could boycott the joint if the OKT service is no good. they will feel the pinch when they do the sum at the end of each month. We are not asking for super service, the OKT should just keep all those sacarstic remarks to themselves. Without customers patronising them, they might closed down in no time. To those OKT who are reading this thread, you guys got some soul searching to do.

Ever encountered BAD OKT but very good WL's ? Or very very good OKT but CMI WL's ???
My personal experience ;

I've always pass by L6H52 , the specky OKT (very friendly man) always ask me to go in take a look even if I don't patronise.
Felt pai seh after a few invitations , asked my kakis (3-4 ppl) to patronise his WL's. Turns out : Totally CMI even after 2 - 3 RTF's !!!!!
Returned to my old haunt : L18H20 Previous OKT (PETER) no more , new OKT (fat one) very lao lan ALSO !
Saw him chase away a group of ppl.Saying they are most likely "window shoppers" (experienced observer!)
Luckily he still recognised ME ! PR with him while waiting for my frens cheonging inside.
BUT his WL's POWER !!! RED tag WL's indicate HOT TEA BBBJ !

So , my point is ; YOU CAN'T HAVE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
