Just want to give my thoughts on "Exchange of Points":

I agree that points do not get us any redemption.
If I up bros and do not get returns, I move on

If one wish to exchange points, at least be sincere
and upfront about your "situation". If you have a
long queue list to return, it is good to list it out
at every reply.

I want to thank all the bros/sis who had upped my points.
Especially the senior bros who are so generous in giving
their points to my account. Some bros even give points
but do not want return favors.
