bro snipeshot,
Did you check the website called hotelsangeles.com ? There are quite a lot of hotels on the list to suit any budget. If you don't mind, you could always stay a bit further away and get some exercise when walking down to Fields or try the bars around perimeter. I stayed at both Phoenix and Brassknob before. I prefer Brassknob because of location. Rooms are clean, they supply water, coffee, tea and the beer at the brassknob bar is amongst the cheapest. The Brit owner very friendly as well.

U can try DM residente hotel in field ave. That time when i was to extend my stay in bangkok hotel, they say fully booked and i went to several hotel nearby and all fully booked also. So i just try to call DM residente and they told me still available. That time i already stayed they for a night and just moved to bangkok hotel for a changed. DM hotel is not bad with swimming pool and cheap too.

Was supposed to be in Manila, not sure how company screwed up schedules and in the end went to Clark airport and had to stay there a night. THANK GOD for that!!
Didn't now what to expect...couldn't choose if Jakarta or this airport was worst...had a driver to bring me around, apparently 1,000 pesos for 4 hours. Checked in with a hotel of my choice, either Orange Lion or Amsterdam...being a big England fan it was rather difficult to choose the 2 but choose i did at Orange Lion! USD 50 a night if i remember... driver was very helpful bringing me around to some casino and then SM Clark Mall...then his 4 hours was up and he drove me back to hotel. Then the fun began.... There were many agogo bars and desperately tried to read forum on my BlackBerry but it failed a few times so i had limited info. Quick call to some bros and apparently bar-fine rates should be 1,350 / 3,000 / 8,000 pesos (depending on choice) + LDs + tips. Went to a few...Club Atlantis, Brown Sugar, Champagne...etc. Got a nice SYT who claimed she was 19. Mummy said her bar-fine was 1,500 pesos. Bought her a drink and brought her back to room... To my understanding, the lady is suppose to stay overnight depending on negotiations but since i picked her at 5 in the evening, think she wanted to get more LDs, so we agreed at a release of 9pm! Showered...then action, quite a lot of restrictions, no BJs, no cat-bath, was thinking another dead fish. However, she did try her best to liven up the mood and managed a single shot! Sent her packing early as i went for another hunt...gave her bout 300 pesos tips. got a 3,000 peso lady...unimpressed...worst than the first, and asked for tips (600 pesos somemore!) right at the door before action! didn't want to stay over either....and found out and check-out the next day, some mini-bar items were missing! For f*ck's sake...i could have given her my condoms instead of her taking!!  had 1 round and asked her to shoo away...gave her half the amount she requested as tips went to get some dinner and wanted 1 last hurrah before the night was done. Got 2 girls at 1,500 pesos each, and decided to change gameplan. Asked them to bring me around...and we went to a disco aptly named "Sky Train" i think...cover was 140 pesos per pax + 1 drink. It was quite happening as it got darker to the dusk...left just after midnight. Went to the McDonald's for supper and was dreaming of tarma action...it was not to be though, got plucked by one of them as she didn't want to stay overnight...no bonk too The other half did stay with me for the night and had 2 shots. Tipped her 500 pesos for her loyalty. Service was quite similar among all of them. No BJs, no cat-bath, some shave some didn't...but at least they spoke English ...had to proceed to Manila the next morning. Overall good experience....and whoever cocked it up at the office...THANKS! ps: bros, which places have the 8,000 pesos category? JWNY

bro jwny,
You seemed to enjoy the place but then again not. I'm kinda confused about your emotions with regards to your experience in Angeles. But what the heck. Very descriptive FR. I think it would be easier for you to find your Peso 8,000 gal in Manila. I think it's more of a "budget" getaway in Angeles.
