Well, a lesson learnt n your friends r consider very lucky only paying 10k php each if already involve with the phi polices. If the police want money from u. At least Min of 100k PHP.. nothing to urge with..
street gals or gals loitering ard casino usually aim on tourist n also likely to cooperate with the polices to exort money from u.. be careful next time..
