Ermmm.. Rina was doing so well in EW bugis. so.. for her to choose to make the switch to this joint, i highly doubt the business is that poor.

Might have to take ML words with a big pinch of salt though. FWIIW, the business there is quite decent.

They probably just want to score sympathy points, so regulars are willing to RTM often and also fork out higher tips.

Just sharing my view. Cheers.

Balmoral - super small mall, if you can call it a mall. Eateries at level 1 so so …. But a few tuition and art places for kids, so u get the usual parents and maids hanging around.

The basement is quiet, except for the art tuition place, where parents/kids/maids hang around at start/end of classes. The opposite Chinese restaurant is usually quiet when i go. Never tried their food though.
