If it's Fat grafting, technically it's real since breast are just fat tissue
regardless from tummy or tight. Implant feels totally different.

I still don't think Lulu's are fully natural. The base are hard, looks like something has been implanted there.
Although the overall shape is nice, but it's not perfect like a natural one.
