The hotel you stay is 海悦商务酒店有限公司.
I am not so sure abt the HC within the hotel, however, you can try HC like 汤岛that is along Wuzhong Road, I think near to Lian Hua Road. Damaged abt RMB700 at nite.

If you are adventurous enough and like bbs, there are quite a few along the 钦州北路 near to 桂林路.

You can also try 吉田 at Cao Xi Bei Road or YPH, all are not very far from your hotel.

Tian Long HC is located very nearby to your hotel as well. It's on Wuzhong Rd, pass junction of Jin Hui Rd. Approximately a mere 10mins cab ride away if caught in the traffic jam lor....best time to go between 4pm & 7pm.
