Anyway, we visit Lexon for the girls and not the boss but perhaps you're right, he may be doing something to the girls as well that make them all want to leave. BUT my 'darling' still there. the boss is such a knn.i brought 3 friends to lexon.i was at the counter making arrangement for my friends.i smile to the boss,but the boss ignore me.as if i owe him money or do wrong to him.not even a word of hello.He then picked up the phone at the counter and talked arrogantly.He was talking loudly and raising his voice.is that the way a boss shld act??infront of customer some more.The way the boss talk also like pailang kia.His staff all terrible.His hard massage gal,crist,dn't know how to massage.only know to crack bones.his coffeeshop staffs worse!!lay down at the sofa next to the phone in the coffeeshop reading newspaper.the boss don't bother at all because the boss himself have REALLY BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEMS.The only staff whom i know good,ought to be praise is serina.the other cashiers all not as friendly as serina.ESPCIALLY the chinese recept,the one with big eyes.If i'm not wrong,her name is cindy/sandy.She is damned stuck up to customer.Serve customers with her arms crossed.She think she very pretty huh??with that kind of attitude to customers,her being pretty is worthless.Same like the boss.Very neow look.No manners and NOT EVEN SERVICE ORIENTED.If i were to write in points bout the staffs there,sure no customers will come and they will always be curse by customers.They should change their company name to LEXON NON EXECUTIVE SPA(FOR STAFFS ONLY).For their own use spa.It's not executive AT ALL!The way the recept dress all very chin chai one.The hair all like mad woman.No make up,the coat ok,not bad.But inside use with tshirt inside,jeans and slippers.Executive meh lkie that??The boss really damned stingy.As stingy as an octopus.Don't provide enough salary and attire.That's y all very chin chai.The attitude also chin chai.The 1st person to blame is the boss.Because he shw bad example to staffs,attitude problems,don;t provide enough for staffs.Even sometimes the room no towel or shower gel.Damned terrible.JIALAT!!

Wah Lan eh!. You really have an axe to grind with this LEXON boss. Personally, I wouldn't bother. I would actually prefer if the boss doesn't even acknowledge me when I step in so as not to give the impression that I'm a regular. Its also the case with the recep. I would prefer to just go in, register and scoot into the rooms without any 'small talk' just in case you meet someone who you really don't want to meet in a place like that. Hence, the girls playing it 'cool' is really to some of our bros advantage and preference.. and definitely mine. Perhaps if you want a different level or type of 'service with a smile' at reception, even by the BOSS, you may have to reciprocate the next time you are there!
