Yes, most HCs accept visa or masters but with a admin charges of 5%...

back in singapore cos trip was cut short... 1 trip there got me hooked on shanghai already... went to a la house hc twice... had shuang fei with no 62 n 77, very good experience... both gals i would rate them 7/10.. also went to tian shang ren jian (paradise ktv?) but no action cos was quite drunk by the time i go there n my ger left early... overall the experience left me wanting more so will plan my next trip to shanghai soon... thanks to all the bros for their recommendations!
