I think it really depends on individual on this. Heard stories as well but usually those agents are not local. Probably they feel less worried since they are not in their own country?

Interesting thread ... Don’t know of any Insurance Agent who would sleep with a client to get them to sign in with them (though it is a fantasy of mine) but I do know of one FL who has quit the FL scene to become one.

I used to know a taiwanese girl agent who always do late night appt with her male client. I asked around her friends and they told me something is better left unspoken. Too bad my income that time wasnt in her target range and she had went back to taiwan now.

I rem my agent told me she receive 30% of my premium for first year. I bought a product at $300+/month. That makes it only about $1k a year for her cut. If all agent needs to open leg for $1k sales, they are better off doing a FL. Cut the chase and higher profit.

Of cos, if u belong to a high net value guy, maybe u got the chance. But how many of us belong to this value?

You see the rich people go invest with these type of company? No right?
If have extra cash, invest in business and property assets n not property liabilities and buy physical Gold and Silver. Never never buy paper metals.
When economics downturn, these paper are worthless and so are bonds.
The so call the money is currency and real money is the Silver and Gold.
Maybe my thinking is too old fashion. I never never believe people come and ask me for money to make me more money. Nothing is for free. Trust own self.
