guanqiao is active, but it's not streetwalker anymore, they moved into hotel. depends what you need. as for hotels, the bigger ones honestly don't care as long as you are staying there, the cheaper ones will slip little advertisement cards with pimps for about 400 st, then goes up to 1000 for st. it's a goddamn scam, the quality does not go up for more money loo
