Yes not every woman swallow but from my experience the following types tend to swallow more often than not:

1. The more meaty woman
2. The more submissive/easy controlled woman
3. Malay
4. Indonesian maids.

Though the lists are a bit stereotyping, nevertheless it is my experience.

1. I had a couple of experience with meaty women in which one of them is my gf and they swallow all the time.
