In my opinion, the detailed proposal for the HC is good. However, the competition is too stiff in the market already. Moreover, the "extras" are always illegal and run the risk that the whole investment amount will be gone if the licence is suspended.

I suggest that we can open a "theme" brothel in GL which will be a precedent for the sex scene in Singapore. Theme such as office, hospital and school should sell pretty well. Imagine a customer walks into a simulated office with a pretty cat150 ladies dress in a office wear working a Microsoft Spreadsheet. The customer have free play mode or story line mode to enjoy as the scenario uncover.

One drawback if it is successful, other brothel will follow suit soon. Why i believe this will work. Firstly, it is legal. Secondly, men are creatures who are excited by their inner fantasies. If the fantasy is being provoked, the sexsation is simply heavenly...

Bro Raider123,

I like your idea of theme brothel, but I dont think AV will accept as this will led to confusion between fantasy and reality..

AV dont want to see WLs dress like student, teacher, OL, nurses.. as this might cause real life professions and students being molested for no reason.

Overall, I find Bro Zack proposal quite interesting. For your info, Bro Prince Spa had came up with a proposal to set up HC earlier, and he promised that he would employ some Ang Mo from East Europe, and that the gals would parade themselves in a cat walk fashion so that customers can choose before going inside the room for massage plus special... he also promised that samsters will get a special discount rate.

I agree with you partially. Actually can the AV dictate what the girl must wear when she goes to meet a client. I don't really think so. What I know is that by allowing the "theme" brothel to operate, the number of rape and molest cases will drop for sure.

A rapist or a molester is normally not just someone who is horny or despesrate for sex. Normally, he is someone who has a bad childhood, poor background or having some mental symptons associated with illness. He is someone hunger for excitement or thrill. This may let to him having fantasy over certain profession group or different type of girls. If he cannot get his release somewhere, this will lead to a crime being commited.

By having this theme brothel, we are providing an avenue for the to satisfy their urges. By having it at GL, the operation will be legal and the girls will be safe as they are subjected to health checks. AV can have a better control over the situation. It is much better than to worry about AV raids on HC.

However, you are right that AV has the iron hand whether to approve or not. I believe high chance they will. Look at the number of HC in Singapore. Do you think AV does not know what they are doing behind the scene...

I am running a very small business consultancy firm that is about to flop...haha

I am always interested to go in the "red light business". I found that the operators lack of innovation and creativity in their offerings. Maybe their hands are tied... ...by AV

Not interested in this mode of business but u guys might consider the following factors :

1. HC's fucking isn't legal, u might like to include some tua-pek-gong into your plans.

2. If trying to make it legal like a GL150 house. submitting proposal like this to AV, get ready to be rejected straight away, now they are cutting back on the GL150 girls inflow already. Sorry.

3. JV or partnership is a stupid idea. JV do not work most of the time or will end up in breakups for SME. For large companies, it is different of course...

Anyway this is a interesting thread and am interested to see how it goes on...

get into the business first, do some part time or volunteer work to get a feel of the trade and u will know why the trade is in this way.

Thank you for your inputs. However I don't agreed with you that JV and partnership do not work. It's like marriages, you need chemistry, common goals, believes and trusts, hardworks, and a dose of good fortune. There are many successes and also failures but one must have at least the courage to go for it.
