If I am not wrong. It's actually not closed. Only the lights of the Sign Board is switched off.
There is a back entrance which they are3 using currently. Next time Park At the back and Walk around.

bro, the sign board was off and the okt also told us that there were no girls. we didn't know about the back entrance, but thanks a lot of this info!
