a quick reading of TS OP seems clear to me

1) the fellow was in a finance position to offer 900 a shot

2) he did not want or intend in anyway to go higher than 900 and in his head he imagines 900 is a pretty damn fucking high price for 1 shot

3) after TS rejection, the idiot suddenly retracts his opening bid and says the grapes are sour and even 9$ also cannot - even start to stoop to insulting what he was willing to pay 900 for just a few messages ago....
