Wouldnt it be more of a hassle? Leasing is still the most ideal solution in my opinion even though you may be financially capable and especially if you have a family. Lavishing more $$$ and gifts would ultimately tie the gal down now abeit slightly more expensive now but definitely cheaper in the long run.

No one is right or wrong on this matter. We are all here to discuss and share views. I feel that there are several phases to consider when you have a sugar baby. But when you are both comfortable with one another and feel that a long term arrangement is possible, that's when a sugar baby is upgraded to a mistress.

When a sugar baby becomes a mistress, buying a house makes more sense. Instead of spending $2-6K monthly on rental, spending that money on mortgage means the house will eventually be yours. Buying a house also gives the mistress more emotional stability to stay with you as she knows she will have the house eventually.

Tying down the girl with gifts is a short term solution. Most girls know that most gifts are seasonal and will turn less worthy over time. A piece of Tiffany jewellery bought today will not retain value as well as a house or money in the bank.

I get what you meant. Basically, different strokes for different folks. The example I quoted was for a 65 year old chinese man who currently has a 40 year old swedish sugar baby. The 40 year old is really young enough to be his daughter. Older mistresses will want financial security more than gifts. Older people don't like too much changes in their lives. A lot of them don't like to change house, habits once they have settled into a routine. That's why they don't actively change sugar daughters unlike young men. In a way, they have sown their wild oats sufficiently to want to stick to a few regular ladies.

The basic point I was trying to make is that a sugar daddy must learn to protect himself if the deal turns sour and retain control at all times.
