Mostly unprotected and cip

No signs on wife yet

For me also zero signs of outbreak or sores or anything. So the same may not apply to other bros

you got kids? if not, do you plan to have kids in the future? casue thats when the biggest risk emerges.
if your wife is not infected during the whole pregency then everything is fine, but lets say if shes got it during pregency, and have outbreak before delivery, then a csection would be needed.
Also, primary infection during pregency is the most risky one in terms of infecting the baby, because there is no antibody.
Miscarry is likely to happen if primary infection occurs during the first 2,3 months of pregency.

Some people like me already got it when I was a baby.

Infected people, like your relatives or family friends, like to kiss babies. And that's how can get infection.

I have cold sores on lips and I knew it must be from someone who kiss me when I was baby.

So for bros here looking for excuses, use my example.

Luckily my cold sores don't appear for a number of years already. so far so good.

Last time it comes once a year. And had to see GP.

So a lesson for everyone here, especially u r a new parent with babies. Never let anyone kiss your kids. And I mean anyone, including your own parents.

Because u never know who is infected with some unknown disease that can spread to your kid.

1.5 years on, no outbreaks on 1 valtrex a day. Same raw cip once a week never pass on (at least nothing with symptoms)

Also found a cheaper source for valtrex from overseas pharmacy. Still ex but not as ex as Singapore clinic. And at least I know it’s legit because it’s from a reputable pharmacy chain in another country - bought direct there but with prescription
